View source for MBMGESHP.MSG

MBMGESHP.MSG
is the classic ship-class MSG source distributed with GE. It contains the definitions and in-game class help for player ships, Cybertrons, and Droids. Compiling it produces the class MCV resource loaded by the classic module. It is not the persistent
MBMGESHP.DAT
ship database.

For how to edit class fields and what must remain stable in an existing game, see [[Ship class configuration]]. For the stock classes, see [[Classic player ship classes]] and [[Classic NPC ship classes]]. For successor filenames, see [[Configuring Galactic Empire]].
