You can play Galactic Empire online on the following BBS systems:

Onix has Galactic Empire 3.2d with a wide variety of Star Trek-themed ships and a massive 64000x64000 galaxy, and Galactic Empire Trainer 3.0p.3. telnet link

The Keep BBS has Galactic Empire 3.2e with a 600x600 galaxy, and Galactic Empire 3.3, which is a port of Galactic Empire to 32-bit Worldgroup 3.2 by Elwynor Technologies (not available?). telnet link

Liquid Digital appears to have Galactic Empire but it doesn't appear to be functional at the moment. telnet link

Rockville Tavern has a completely stock Galactic Empire 3.2e with a 300x300 galaxy. telnet link
