You can play Galactic Empire online on the following BBS systems:

Onix has Galactic Empire 3.2d with a wide variety of Star Trek-themed ships and a massive 64000x64000 galaxy, and Galactic Empire Trainer 3.0p.3. telnet link

The Keep BBS has Galactic Empire 3.2e, and Galactic Empire 3.3, which is a port of Galactic Empire to 32-bit Worldgroup 3.2 by Elwynor Technologies (not available?). telnet link

Liquid Digital appears to have Galactic Empire but it doesn't appear to be functional at the moment. telnet link
