GE Scripts - Player scripts for automating regular actions in the game and making playing more fun.
New Versions will be available through the link above when updates/new features/bug fixes are added.

Autopilot: Automatically moves you to a sector you select, and enters orbit around a planet if requested.
Can also be used for moving from planet to planet within the current sector.
Moves at maximum possible speed ("max" warp + 50%) with built-in protection from this overdrive
blowing the engines out - reduces speed when warning message is received, and will attempt to
"speed" again any time a course correction is made. Performs repairs, then raises shields and
attempts to cloak at destination, for safety in case user is AFK.
Light Sail: A copy of the autopilot that works at impulse speeds only.
Intended for a ship that has no warp drive, for moving while cloaked,
or for moving with warp engines disabled.
Overdrive Protection: Protects against blowing out your engines while on manual control,
allowing you to move at Max Warp + 50% ("Overdrive") and will automatically
reduce your speed if a warning message is received.
This is built in to the other scripts that move.
Colonizer: Purchases colonists from Tahanian Station (planet 2 in 0 0) and moves them to a sector you select.
Automatically adjusts amount entered to account for the weight you're already carrying, and to
purchase food as a % of the total men each trip carries.
Product Mover: Moves inventory from one planet to another. Must start from orbit around a planet you own.
Still experimental, seems to work fine moving 1 product but still bugs with moving multiple
products at the same time. Updates for this and the other scripts will be posted at the bottom of this page.
Volley: Fires all phasers, torpedoes, and missiles, attempts to raise shields.
Missiles will be set at max charge. Can be used while at warp or out of warp.
Phasers will fire in the direction you are currently heading, so you'll need
to put the enemy in your cross-hairs at 0 heading for phasers to hit their target.
Cloak: Raises cloak, then makes sure the cloak doesn't fail by loading a new flux pod any
time neutron flux goes below 5000.
Jam: Launches a jammer every 13 seconds until you shut it off or run out of jammers,
allowing you to escape when you're damaged and don't want to fight.
Orbit: Orbits a planet in the current sector.
Online Watch: Shows any players currently in "Galactic Empire" using the BBS # command.
Updates every 120 seconds, so also works as a Keep Alive script.
Comms Watch: Watches for communications or important activity in game, and displays in a pop-up window.
Reports: Scrolls through all production reports in the GE menu, without having to hit next.
Recommend setting your telnet program to log to a file before running this.
Pause Kill: Automatically clears "(N)onstop, (Pause), (Continue) prompts, for BBSes that don't allow
you to update Account Settings to Continuous or doesn't preserve that setting each time you login.
